A softly gathered section falls from the waist to about mid-hip, maintaining a sleek, slender silhouette. Then the design flares out gently with vertical panels ending in overlapping curves and a softly gathered flounce that creates a layered effect at the hem. Seams are set at a slight diagonal and fabric is cut on the bias in order to produce a surface tension in the weave of the fabric that creates a very flattering fit and a sexy movement and flow. You'll notice the effect the moment you try it on. Made up in a smooth rayon fabric that's silky and soft and drapes in a way that enhances the design.
