• The petticoat is adjustable at the waist, and can be made smaller. It has a button on the elastic waistband for adjustment.
• To find the button with adjustment, feel for the button along the top which is hidden under material. There is a gap in the material on the waistband. Pull out the button which is attached to the elastic, and you can increase the waist even more, or cinch in the waist. Posted measurements are accurate for the range of sizes these will fit.
